Volumetric concrete delivered across Hebden Bridge and the HX7 area · nearest depot: Leeds depot (Hunslet, LS10)
Procon 24/7 supplies volumetric and ready-mix concrete to Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd, Todmorden's lower valley, Heptonstall and Cragg Vale across the HX7 postcodes — some of the tightest, steepest sites in West Yorkshire.
That terrain is why concrete pumping matters here: we line-pump into hillside gardens, riverside plots and basements where a mixer simply cannot reach the pour. Volumetric mixing means no waste and no part-load charge on the small footings, retaining walls and house extensions that make up most of the local work, plus driveways, mill-conversion works and flood-resilience groundworks along the Calder. Tell us the access and the grade, or use the calculator, and call 0127 498 1414 — we will plan the pour around the site.

Our volumetric truck arrives with sand, aggregate, cement and water carried separately — nothing pre-mixed, nothing ticking.
Concrete is batched and mixed at your pour, to your exact grade. Need a different mix next? We switch on the spot.
The truck meters every cubic metre. You pay for the concrete that goes in the ground — no full-load minimum, no part-load penalty.

Volumetric concrete is mixed on your site by a mobile mixer that carries the raw materials separately. It is batched fresh at the point of pour, so you get exactly the grade and the volume you need, with nothing pre-mixed.
A drum wagon arrives pre-mixed — you pay for the whole load and race a 90-minute clock. Our volumetric truck mixes as you pour, so you pay only for what you use, there are no part-load charges, and there is no time pressure.
Yes. The truck meters every cubic metre mixed. If your job needs less than expected you simply stop — no full-load minimum and no charge for concrete you did not use.
Yes. Because the materials are mixed on site, one truck can switch between grades and mixes on the same visit — handy when a job needs, say, a footing mix and a floor mix.
Driveways and paths usually take C25, structural slabs and footings C30, commercial and heavy-duty work C35–C40. Tell us the job on the quote form and we will specify it for you.
Yes — our URS (Ultra Rapid Set) mix reaches working strength in around two hours, ideal for time-critical work like rail, highways and out-of-hours jobs. Ask for it when you request a quote.
